Upcoming Visits during October half-term 2009

HTI Merganser are organising 13 visits for Local Authority groups during this October half-term. 150 teachers, teaching assistants and LA group leaders will be travelling overseas to spend the week focusing on educational themes including Developing the Creative Curriculum, Primary Languages, Gifted and Talented pupils and Transition.
The groups will be welcomed warmly by hosts in 8 different countries. Destinations include Italy, Canada, Denmark, Romania, Dominica and Poland.
Each TIPD group is offered a unique and memorable learning experience by their host. The outcomes of these experiences are captured in the report the group produces on return. See the Reports section of this website for more examples of reports.
Following October the next round of visits will be during February half-term 2010.
